We’re truly sorry to hear that you felt unsupported during your claim process and that we didn’t meet your expectations. Providing clear guidance and excellent service is very important to us, and we regret any confusion or frustration this may have caused. This incident was reported to State Farm Claims over a weekend. Our claims department took the initial report and discussed next steps. I personally reached out to you on that Monday to review expectations. The other driver was at fault and your policy did not carry collision coverage so State Farm was not able to assist with the repairs. Our office was in constant communication throughout the week advising what steps needed to be taken to have the other insurance carrier accept responsibility and pay for your rental vehicle. I personally called Allstate and spoke with their claims department and provided you with the next steps on securing that rental vehicle with them. I also texted the location and reservation number, along with other options to consider. We followed up a day later to check in and you advised everything was being handled accordingly with the other carrier.
